The New XPLOR Home App – How We Communicate

One of the primary forms of daily communication that we use with families is posting messages and alerts via the Xplor system. Previously these were known as ‘admin posts’.

On the Home app, they are referred to as ‘Messages’. These messages can be accessed via the ‘Accounts’ tab. As the Home app becomes fully integrated with our centre’s practices, we would encourage all parents to review this area regularly.

The types of information we will be pushing through the messages area are information about upcoming events, changes to practices, infectious illnesses, staff changes, and much more.

With improved messaging, with our educators and managers, you will be better informed with what your child is experiencing, leading to a greater positive experience for all children.
